Thanks for posting this. You don't know me but this gives me motivation and hope of getting out of WNY and back to the mountains. I met you at a race in Flag years ago and dream of returning once my financials turn around. Al i get to run here are some modest hills but I love every minute of it, just not as much as I loved Sedona and Flag runs.

Great run Ian. I was 2:31 coming from Indiana and was zapped by 6 miles. Got a rock though ...great race!
